“Seeking Solutions…”
A mission-driven CDFI capital solutions for small-to-medium enterprise (SME) development. We enhance economic development through CDFI and technical assistance.
We’re a recalibrated community development financial institution (CDFI) dedicated to bridging the private-capital gaps for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) - offering accessible & flexible early-stage capital solutions blended with technical assistance - and potentially, to engage multi-sector stakeholders to create & scale economic development, cost-effective housing & homeownership, and childcare.

Community Capital Advisors (CCA) approach to capital solutions for SMEs is based on more than a quarter century peak & valley, phoenix cycle as a technical assistance origination.
From experience, we offer a clear-headed, “above the fray” value proposition… a sort of (entrepreneurial) Phoenix-like Rise! We aim to forge alliances with future-focused entrepreneurs and multi-sector stakeholders who share our commitment to the future – cognizant of the fact that, as Rory Vaden put it, “success is rented, not owned.”

While we expect adequate return on investments (ROI) for CCA & partners, our shared passion is discovering & nurturing new entrepreneurial talent, especially in the housing & homeownership market, and the knowledge-based, IP-driven sectors - channeled toward igniting high potential through capital support, strategic guidance and collaborative frameworks. We ‘re a learning & resource organization - working alongside multi-sector stakeholders and skilled, hardworking individuals committed to the entrepreneurial journey.
Community Capital Advisors (CCA) is a recalibrated CDFI and technical assistance organization.
Founded in the 1990s as a CDFI & technical assistance provider, CCA helped design & develop CDFIs, STEM education & social-impact projects in the Philadelphia, PA region for many years. The organization pivoted from its core mission for seven years (2017–2024) to support transatlantic initiatives. In 2025, we returned to our roots as a CDFI & technical assistance entity. Thank you for your understanding & support during our rebranding & rebuilding phase.
