Community Capital Advisors (CCA) is a recalibrated CDFI & a technical assistance organization. We are a mission-driven, result-oriented small nonprofit that produces oversized outcomes.

The organization was born in the 1990s when Tony Campolo, PhD - a former spiritual advisor to President Bill Clinton and Professor emeritus of Eastern University, sent a group of Eastern adjuncts & graduate students to assist a former Philadelphia Eagle with economic development projects in North Philadelphia, including a credit union and charter school. Since 1998, we have provided various forms of technical assistance to grassroots groups, including the formation of CDFIs, STEM education ecosystems, and social-impact projects.

“Seeking Solutions…” - is our revised mission since 2025 - primarily focused on knowledge-based project design & development, supplemented by the injection of early-stage capital for promising intellectual property and economic development projects.
